I help people

untangle

their teamwork problems

so they can actually get their

work

done.

More spark. Less slog.

Solving teamwork problems starts with seeing two layers:
what’s happening, and what’s driving it.

I help you make sense of what’s happening and design a way forward that fits your situation.

You might need The Teamwork Shop if…

➡️ You’re not getting the results you need from your team

➡️ You’re unsure what to do next

➡️ Uncertainty about what to do next is slowing progress

➡️ You’ve tried conversations, tools, or frameworks that didn’t change much

➡️ You’re about to start something new and want to get the teamwork right from the beginning

If this resonates, this is a common challenge when surface fixes don’t address the real driver.

How I help

I offer two complementary paths:

Solve

When you’re facing a specific teamwork challenge and want help making sense of it and what to do next.

Learn

When you want to strengthen your ability to diagnose and respond to teamwork challenges over time.

You don’t need to decide which path fits before we talk.

The conversation usually begins with a closer look at what’s happening in your specific situation; I call this the Curiosity Call.

What is a curiosity call?

A Curiosity Call is a 30-minute alignment and sense-making conversation.

You’ll get one free dose of clarity on a teamwork challenge you’re facing, with no obligation to continue.

We’ll make sense of what’s happening, and surface options you couldn’t see before.

This is where we begin, whether or not we work together again.

The Curiosity Call exists for two reasons:

➡️ To help you get unstuck or clearer about what’s going on

➡️ To see whether you need more help; if so is The Teamwork Shop a match to help you further?

There’s no obligation to continue, and no expectation that you’ll become a client.

What happens after the curiosity call

In most cases (~80% of the time) the Curiosity Call is enough: You leave with clarity and a concrete next step you can take on your own.

About 20% of the time, we agree that working together creates even greater value, especially when the solution requires testing ideas, learning from what happens, and adjusting along the way.

If that seems true and we both agree to continue, we’ll talk through options that fit your situation, goals, and capacity.

Whether we continue working together or not, the goal is the same:

You’ll leave the 30 minute Curiosity Call with a clearer picture of what’s getting in the way and how to solve it.

If that sounds useful, book a Curiosity Call. I’ll help you make sense of what’s happening and see a way forward.

Who I work with

This work is designed for people who feel responsible when work gets stuck, and are expected to help move things forward.

It is also useful for people who are experiencing teamwork friction, and want clearer ways to understand and navigate it, even when they are not the ones responsible for group decisions.

I’m here for you when teamwork feels harder than it needs to be.

You might be dealing with a specific challenge that needs attention now.

Or noticing patterns that keep showing up and don’t seem to resolve on their own.
